Milestones matter here at Charlotte Products. We are lucky to have a team who enjoys working together and tends to stay with us for a very long time. We would like to congratulate Nancy Berube, Customer Service Manager, on her 10th year with Charlotte.
Nancy joined our team in 2011 and has been providing friendly, above-and-beyond customer service to our Charlotte Products customers ever since. Nancy has always been an exceptionally hard worker, which means a lot in her role because she will do whatever she can to ensure our customers receive their orders and get the information they need quickly and efficiently. The past year has been a challenge for companies throughout the cleaning industry as the global pandemic caused supply chain issues. Nancy helped us and our customers navigate that challenge by working until past 7 pm almost every night, and coming in on the weekends. What a way to ring in a decade with us!
“I love working with the Charlotte Products team,” says Nancy. “Everyone works really well together. Especially in the last year, we’ve all pitched in to make sure our customers were all looked after. We manufacture the products that are very necessary with what we’re dealing with across the world right now so that means a lot.”
A native Quebecer, Nancy speaks French, which comes in handy as she works with our customers across the globe. When anybody from Poland, Taiwan or the USA calls our office, they will more than likely speak with Nancy. She is the voice of Charlotte Products and we couldn’t be more proud to have her here with us!
“A lot of my customers are regular customers we’ve had for many years,” says Nancy. “Many companies prefer to work through email but I love that customers are comfortable just picking up the phone and calling to check in. They feel free to call me up and I’ll be there for them. We always do our best to respond as quickly as possible!”
While we couldn’t celebrate with a big gathering in the office this year due to social distancing rules around COVID-19, we were able to send Nancy a beautiful bouquet of flowers to let her know how important she is to our team and the work we do together. Congratulations Nancy!
This year has been a team effort here at Charlotte and within the entire cleaning industry. We are grateful to the heroes on our staff like Nancy who have risen to the challenge and allowed us to meet the demand of the pandemic, providing the tools everyone needs to make their spaces healthier and safer.
