We are pleased to welcome Curt Hitchner to the Charlotte Products team as a Regional Sales Manager based in Toledo, OH.

Prior to this opportunity, Curt was the General Manager and Co-Owner of a Jan/San Distribution company in Toledo, OH. He developed a customer base which was strong with Educational Facilities as well as Healthcare, BSC’s and Industrial accounts. Initially, Curt spent time in sales adding new accounts but transitioned to business operations with their growth. They managed to grow the business every year and learned a great deal going through the pandemic. During that time, Curt sourced products for their customers along with navigating all the supply chain challenges those times brought. In 2022, they made a strategic decision to sell the business. Curt enjoyed developing relationships with customers, doing product demos and training, as well as working with their passionate team members.
In chatting with Curt, he shared “I am looking forward to working with Charlotte Products and utilizing my experience to expand distribution sales in the US. My additional past industry experience included working for a chemical manufacturer and a national buying group in various roles which included National Account Sales, Product Marketing, and Sales”.
“My wife and I enjoy visiting our two grown kids and finding destinations to meet and vacation together. We always enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, beaches and golf. I keep trying to become a better golfer, but somehow the time spent, and purchase of improved equipment seems to yield the same results”, he joked.
