What is Silk Screening?
Silk screening, also known as screen printing, is a printing technique that transfers ink onto a surface using a stencil and mesh screen. The process begins with the creation of a stencil that represents your design. Ink is then pushed through the mesh screen onto the bottle surface, imprinting your custom design with precision. Silk screen printing also eliminates the need for a printed label.

The ordering process
- Contact Customer Service to request a quote and include the quantity, color, content, logo to be designed in 4″L X 9″W space on the 32oz carafe
- Customer Service will send the details to the design team
- Customer Service will send you a quote with pricing information
- Once you approve the quote, please send a purchase order to orders@charlotteproducts.com
- Order will be entered & order acknowledgement emailed to you
- Proofs will be sent to you for approval
- After proofs are approved, a production date will be set
- When production is complete we will advise your order is available to ship
